How we work together, from first enquiry to the moment a journey is confirmed. Nothing on this website is an offer, a reservation or a price.
This website is not a booking engine
Every journey, stay, horse, guide and flight shown here is illustrative. Availability, suitability and cost are established privately, in writing, after we have spoken with you.
No payment is taken through this website and no reservation is created by submitting an enquiry.
Confirmation is operational, not automatic
A journey is confirmed only once horses, guides, permissions, aircraft and accommodation have each been verified for your specific dates and party.
Riding elements remain subject to rider assessment, horse welfare, terrain and weather on the day. We will reroute rather than compromise on either safety or the horses.
Independent properties and operators
Properties, camps, conservancies and riding operations named on this website are independently owned and operated. We hold no exclusive affiliation with any of them and do not represent their inventory as guaranteed.
Where a collection is referenced editorially, that reference is descriptive and does not imply partnership.
Changes to published material
Routes, imagery and descriptions are revised as conditions change. We publish nothing we cannot stand behind, and we remove anything that stops being accurate.
