What we collect when you enquire, why we hold it, and how little of it ever leaves our own systems.
What we collect
Only what you give us in an enquiry: your name, contact details, travel dates, party composition, riding background, interests and any notes you choose to add.
We do not run advertising trackers, we do not sell data, and we do not build profiles for marketing.
Why we hold it
To answer you properly, to check suitability with horses and guides, and to coordinate ground and air arrangements on your behalf.
Details are shared with a camp, lodge or operator only where that is necessary to plan or run your journey, and only the minimum required.
Discretion
Guest names, itineraries and movements are treated as confidential. We do not publish client identities, and we do not use guest photography without written permission.
Your control
Write to us at any time to see, correct or delete what we hold. We act on those requests promptly and confirm in writing when it is done.
